Cancellation Policy
1.- In the event that a cancellation is notified within 48 hours prior to the previously arranged arrival date (12:00 midday), the hotel shall receive payment for the first night of the reservation.
2.- In the event of a NO SHOW, in other words, if you do not arrive on the previously arranged arrival date and no cancellation was previously notified, the hotel shall receive payment for the first night of the reservation and the remaining nights shall be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: If after checking your credit card, it is invalid, expired or the details are incorrect, the booking will be automatically cancelled
